Overview
We understand that circumstances can change. This cancellation policy outlines how we handle project cancellations and the associated terms.
Before Project Starts
If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus any non-refundable administrative fees (if applicable).
During Project Execution
Cancellations during active work are subject to the following terms:
- 0-25% work completion: 75% refund of remaining project cost
- 26-50% work completion: 50% refund of remaining project cost
- 51-75% work completion: 25% refund of remaining project cost
- 76%+ work completion: No refund; payment in full is required
Cancellation Notice
You must provide written notice of cancellation to receive consideration for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at info@nxtstudio.in.
Deliverables Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will receive the following:
- All completed work and deliverables completed up to the cancellation point
- Project assets and files in their current state
- Documentation and handoff materials for completed work
In-progress work may not be delivered if it is incomplete or non-functional.
Processing Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days
- Work will be suspended upon receipt of cancellation notice
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
Non-Cancellable Items
- Services already rendered and delivered
- Third-party service fees and integrations purchased on your behalf
- Deposits or retainers once work has commenced
- Administrative fees and setup costs
