  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation request approval
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary; typically 3-5 additional business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already rendered and delivered
  • Unlimited revision packages used beyond standard allowance
  • Deposits or retainers for future work in progress
  • Third-party service fees and integrations (domain registrations, hosting, plugins, etc.)
  • Administrative fees and setup costs
  • Work completed and approved by the client

  • We commit to working with you until the result meets agreed-upon specifications
  • If you're unsatisfied with deliverables, we'll revise them at no extra cost

Payment & Refund Process

  • Full payment is required before project completion and delivery
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nxtstudio.in
  • Provide clear details about why the refund is being requested
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days

Special Circumstances

In certain situations, refunds may be considered:

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver services as agreed, a partial or full refund may be issued
  • Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances prevent project completion, we'll discuss options including refunds
  • Client Issue: If the project cannot proceed due to client circumstances, refunds follow the cancellation policy
