- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation request approval
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary; typically 3-5 additional business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already rendered and delivered
- Unlimited revision packages used beyond standard allowance
- Deposits or retainers for future work in progress
- Third-party service fees and integrations (domain registrations, hosting, plugins, etc.)
- Administrative fees and setup costs
- Work completed and approved by the client

- Full payment is required before project completion and delivery
